Tandoor is a clay oven originated in the northwest frontier of India. The food offered at Tandoor is reflected in the authentic sauces and seasonings used in the dishes. The skewers are placed in the middle of the oven while the bread is baked on the inner walls. Dishes are tender with a subtle aroma of herbs and Indian spices.
